Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed.

Delivery Time
After processing, standard delivery typically takes 7–12 business days within the United States. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or peak seasons.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package.

Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only, including P.O. boxes.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking has not updated for more than 7 days, or your order has not arrived within the estimated time, please contact us at ozfer.official@gmail.com and we will make it right.

Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
